General Description

The EC9523 Li-ion/Li-polymer battery protection IC has high accuracy voltage detector and delay time circuit in
side.0 V charge function and self-recovery function are available. The operating quiescent current is very low.
It is designed to protect 1-cell lithium-ion / lithium polymer rechargeable batteries from damage or degrading life time due to the overcharge, over discharge and charge/discharge over current etc.
